What we do
Post Oak Private Capital LLC ("POPC") delivers customized real estate secured capital solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, local real estate developers/owners, and even private individuals. Since our solutions are custom, we don't have minimums or maximums. We evaluate every opportunity independently and base our decisions on the underlying collateral value and experience of the prospective client.
Who are our clients
Our clients are successful business owners and individuals looking for access to customized capital solutions that often cannot be provided by traditional banks. This can be due to a variety of factors including collateral coverage (ie. LTV requirements), onerous debt service requirements, non-preferred collateral, speed of decision making, and other factors due to recent industry changes. In all cases, our clients are credit worthy but simply not the right "fit" for traditional bank financing in today's market.
Why Post Oak Private Capital
As a direct, privately funded lender, our value add is providing a client with a customized capital solution coupled with expedited funding that cannot be duplicated by traditional banks. Our capital solutions are collateral based; not cashflow, which means we can fund in as quickly as two weeks. In addition, since we are privately funded, we do not require our client's deposits to facilitate our lending.
Where does POPC obtain its capital
As a privately funded business, our capital comes from a small group of individual investors and family offices within our local community. All of these investors have enjoyed success in various industries and believe in our investment thesis of providing capital solutions to an underserved market. In fact, POPC does not take institutional capital and values the experience of a diverse local investor base with a long term investment horizon.
